How harmful is white mold?

My house tested positive for white mold in the HVAC system, How toxic is it and how to determine the species?

• I have lived in this house for over a year now and have been feeling more symptoms as time goes on; slightly upset stomach, major fatigue, short term memory problems, blurred vision, easily irritable, trouble concentrating, mild head aches, some sneezing, very nervous and probably more that is all I can remember at the moment. I have gone to the doctor many times over the last year with the previous symptoms, they can't seem to find an answer. I am feeling like I am going crazy , here and people have said the same. It's not a joke, I feel like sh#t. I bought a home test kit for mold, taped it to my ceiling duct, 3 days later white fuzzy mold was growing. I went in to the attic to look for mold, I didn't know what the heck I was looking for might have saw mold and didn't know it, there was some areas that looked white but I didn't look any further. I then removed the vet cover from one of the vents and saw small specks of a white fuzzy substance, I couldn't get close enough to really compare it to the positive sample in the test kit. From mi experience work in construction and doing actually duct removal I have never seen anything like it in my 50 years of construction work, I know ducts do contain dust generally it is always yellowish to brownish in color, never white. I need some real help from someone who fully understands the issue...

  Oh Yuck. My advice: Move. You can get very, very, very sick.
