Electrical rewiring - cost advice please?

• i think I needed to be more specific with my earlier question. Roughly, what would it cost to have a 2-bed Victorian semi completely re-wired (electrically speaking)? I'd want wiring to all existing electrical outlets and some extra ones for extra sockets. Is there some way electricians work out their prices that would help me to get to a ball-park figure? thanks PS I mean Victorian as in built during the reign of Queen Victoria, not as in located in a place called Victoria. I am in the UK!

  too many variables to be specific as in flush/surface mounted in trunking, plastic sockets or decorative ie brass/chrome. You do all chasing and plastering etc. But just to in a sense pluck a figure with flush mounted and all done by the lekky around £2000 +vat and it can vary by area you live.
