How to repair a scratch on top of my snowboard?

Is it possible to repair or hide a scratch on a red glossy plastic surface?

A friends toddler started playing with his toy cars and accidentally scratched a long line into my expensive glossy dining room table which is made of red shiny plastic. The scratch is clearly visible and I'm hoping someone knows of a quick fix product or technique to repair this scratch. BTW the plastic is not perspex, its a red plastic gloss veneer over a wooden table

You could try CLEAR ENAMEL NAIL POLISH!

There are automotive scratch repair waxes(?) that are color specific. Might be worth a try. Yalk to the store where you purchased the table. They might have some repair tips. Last resort is to learn to live with it. It bothers you I know but probably nobody else will even notice.
