Can a duty statement be recursive?

I need a statement from a professional as to what might happen to a tile floor if Zep Heavy Duty Floor clean?

  heavy duty floor clean does not mean much if it was a floor finish remover or stripper it could take too much finish off a residential floor on a commercial resilient tile floor no damage should occur. there are other questions to be answered before a good answer can be given
