Induction Stove is not heating the vessel, just showing temp.?
-
I have Butterfly Induction Stove. While I switch on the stove, its not heating the vessels but just showing the temperature. Pls any one can help me?
-
Answer:
You must use pans specifically designed for an induction stove. Magnetic fields produce a very low voltage but very high amperage current in a ferromagnetic (iron-bearing) pan, which in turn creates heat in the pan itself. Non-ferromagnetic pans will never generate any heat.
