Has anyone in Houston, Tx found an energy provider that TRULY and HONESTLY has a lower rate per kWh.?

Has anyone in Houston, Tx found an energy provider that TRULY and HONESTLY has a lower rate per kWh....without the double-talk about the fees and contract length and so on? I currently use First Choice at .151/kWh

The easiest thing to do is go to http://www.powertochoose.org and put in your zip code to see what is offered in your area. This site is pretty good, but it doesn't have certain Co-ops and municipally electric power providers that may be in your area. To find out about those you can contact cityhall to get a list of other providers in your area then go to their website or call them to get their rate information. $.151/kWh is pretty good. You might be able to find some variable rates that are a little lower, but then they can change frequently.
