Does noise pollution affect plant growth?

Does the acidity of a vitamin affect the growth of a plant?

  • i'm actually going to do an experiment if vitamins can affect a plant's growth . (specifically the ampalaya/bitter melon plant) Will niacin and folic acid make them grow stronger and faster or will it just be in a normal growth?

  • Answer:

Plants have no use for vitamins--they use minerals. They won't grow any faster or stronger with niacin or folic acid. Acid may have an effect; plants have a preferred pH level. Nitrogen, phosphate, and potash will help them grow stronger and faster. Good luck with your experiment! VCE Master Gardener
