How do I care for a small Peruvian Torch cactus?

How to take care of this cactus plant?

• So I got this succulent plant (cactus-like, just wrote cactus in title to attract attention and perhaps get some answers) in a presents game (you know, where you roll the dice and "steal" presents). But now I'm not really sure of how often to water it. I guess it should be in a window with as much sunlight as possible? And if it matters I live in Norway, but inside our house it's good and warm. So, can anyone recognize this one? I tried looking around on the web for a while but didn't find anything looking like this one :| Links to pictures below.
