How do i plant a apple tree properly from a seed.?

Answer:
You can start a sapling but it won't produce good fruit. Most store bought fruit are hybrids that have been modified in ways that make it sterile or produce undesirable fruit. It is a fun project but won't give you satisfactory fruit. And you won't even see the "bad" fruit for at least 5 years. If you want an apple tree, buy a sapling from a nursery.
