What climate can white lily flowers live in? can they live in hot or cold climates? Would they be able to survive in Florida?
Answer:

Lilies will grow in hot temps but they need a period of dormancy. You will have to dig them up in the fall and put them in a cold place like the vegetable crisper of your fridge.

Your typical Easter Lily does tolerate cold climates. I live in Missouri and I planted the lilies after Easter 6 years ago and they are still living.. I imagine they grow in warmer climates. Give them a try and good luck.
