    Using a covered bin, make holes on bottom and top for air, add shredded newspaper (just the black & white) sprayed with water, add worms, and then add your clean, good potato and vegetable peels, bad fruit, pasta, cleaner leftovers, anything that will work well in compost. Cover and let the worms do their job. It will not smell, but just in case, think about what you added. Clean it up every now and again by adding more shredded, wet paper so that the worms will nest and be comfortable. You will be able to use the soil for many things.
