If you have a branch that doesn't bear fruit, what is meant by the term "taking away" or "lifting the branch"?
-
I want to promote better growth, but I always thought that term "taking away" meant to completely remove the branch. Then I read that term means to lift the branch. What in the world does that mean?
-
Answer:
That would mean cutting off parts of the branch to make it lighter, in essence lifting the branch. Unless they meant lifting the canopy. Then that would mean removing the branch at the trunk. Good luck :-)
