a bunch of eggs

buckeye

From the looks of my outdoors, the season for Easter being early, and my weather predictions, it looks like I will be making an Easter Bunny snow man. We still have plenty of snow and ice so I believe that we can make a real cute snow bunny. Never had a snow bunny before so it could be fun.

A huge baked ham with cloves and pineappl slices is traditional..Why is it traditional? Becuase years ago when there was no refridgeration people hesitated to butcher beef just as the weather is warming up fior they had few means to preserve the rest of the beef..Ham at this time had been in the smokehouse all winter from the fall butchering, and around easter is just about the time of the year that the ham/pork was cured properly and ready to use..We have refridgeration of course now days..but I am going to stick to tradition
