How to write a proposal to start a Gardening Club?

• Can anyone teach me how to write a letter of proposal for a Gardening Club? My co-workers and I want to plant flowers , vege, etc in our office backyard. We decided to write to our office Head of Department. I hope someone out there would help me. Only genuine answerers and appreciate it very much. A short but detailed proposal would do. Otherwise lay out the points in paragraphs then I would have ideas what to write. Thanks

  You should be persuasive when writing the proposal, you should outline all possible benefits of the club, you should show that you have some interest in the club by asking people to sign a joining list and present alongside the proposal, this will show that people are interested and will hopefully boost your chances.
