Any ideas for an awesome vintage bedroom?

Go to Home Depot and look at their texture paints such as suede, metallics, river rock or the ragging, sponge effect. Also they have a candlelight texture that looks really good and you give you a vintage look over any color you pick. Burgundy is a really nice color, specially done with a faux technic. Floral and strips,go really good together, for your bedding or walls,with cherub art work. A porcelain doll or two adds to the vintage look, along with some crystal candle holders.

A citrus green or mustard yellow, or browns. You could also just leave the walls really plain (light color) and use the items in the room for the accents. Though, without photos or any idea of what items you have, it is hard to guess.

Brown/Gold Floral Wallpaper rather than normal paint. Decorate your room with gold frames. Without pictures inside them, just hollow. It looks great. You can also put mirrors in the frame, it makes a small room bigger.
