How to make my room cozy?

How do i make my room feel cozy?

  • I have patterned wall paper that is big pink flowers and i can't change my wallpaper and can't put too much on the walls as it will look too busy and messy. would like my room to be filled with memories and not look so neat and boring. all suggestions welcome, thank you :)

    put pictures all over the wall maybe at different angles so it looks untidy???dunno

I am changing my living room now for a cozy fall.Your pink flower wallpaper is a challenge,but I like a challenge.Look closely at your wall,are there any deeper colors you could "pull out" ?If there are use that color as accent,pillows, vases,deep colored blanket,on the back of your couch or foot of your bed.Check out the Dollar Tree,I find some neat things there sometimes.There is always the wonderful Pier 1 Imports.If there are no darker colors in your wall paper,use a darker shade of the pink,even burgandy.Go to a fabric store,like Jo Ann's.Find the colors you have in your room ,see how they look with the ones arouind you.Hope that helps.Let me know how it goes.

Could you hang a matching mat or carpet on each of the walls? A large solid or simple fabric piece would not look busy or messy, but, if it is most but not all of the size of the wall, it will make the room feel smaller and cosier. get something dark brown if you have a red-or pink-rose wallpaper.

patterned wall paper is also look cozy but it must be nice color and somewhere you can hang natural seen pictures what's look your room look cozy. you can also put natural plant in you room.
