Where can you get poster frames?

What is the best size matte and frame I can use for a poster that is 16.0" x 8.6"?

• Apologies in advance for this odd question, numbers and framing aren't my strong suit. I have a poster that is 16x8.6". Given these peculiar dimensions, there aren't a lot of standard size frames that fit this properly. I tried to take it into a store but it's going to break my pockets to get it framed and I can't afford to have a professional do it. I am thinking of ordering a matte and frame online. Can someone give me the dimensions I will need for both so I can do some digging and place an order? Also, any suggestions on sites I should check out to order inexpensive frames/mattes would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time!

  No one can tell you what size you need. That's up to you. Instead of ordering one, why not take the poster to a REAL store and try it in the frames that are there? You have 5-6 choices to choose from to get the look you like. The matte is the same size as the frame
