Ideas to design a room.

Cute Teen room design ideas? :)?

• My room is 13 by 13 foot box and two walls are painted a really pretty lavender purple :D And I love the color and all that stuff but I need decoration and furniture arrangement ideas. My window, door, and closets are in a suckish place. When you walk in, the door is that wall to the very right, then bordering the wall with the door, I have my two closets, so i cant place anything there. Then to that right I have a full empty wall, theen to the right i have a wall with a window SMACK in the middle, which pretty much sucks, and then I have my wall with the door. I dont know how to arrange my furniture, which consists of a desk, bed, ottoman, round disk chair, nightstand, bookshelf, and dresser. any ideas? and any room decor ideas are appreciated too :) PS i dont want my bed or desk by the window ;)

  Hey There, First of all- Lavender and Purple... My favorite too.. So lets get started :D First of all you should your desk and round disk chair in front of the window so that the sunlight comes in. The book shelf can be placed next to the window. The bed would look good if it were placed vertically from the wall that has nothing on it. Place the dresser next to your closet leaving just a little space. Make sure you cannot see your face in the dresser mirror while sleeping, Its bad luck but i don't know if you believe in that. The night stand would look best to the right of your bed. Place your ottoman in front of the bed or in front of the dresser whichever way you like it! Now for the decorations! Make sure you get matching blankets, pillow covers and comforters for your bed. Colors that go Best with your wall are Violet Lavender Lilac Mauve Deep Purple Electric Pink White Cream Grey You can get some paintings, photo frames, quotes, clock or posters to put of on the empty wall that has the bed. This makes the room cheerful and the brighter the better! Put a flower vase along with the lamp on the nightstand with a picture of you and your best friend or similar. If there's any empty space left you can put a fancy chair or bean bag to put in. Make sure you get a matching curtain too. Stick to the colour theme above. You can put a nail polish or accessory basket on the dresser and a stationery stand on your desk. Go shopping and fill your room with things you like without making it cluttered. Have Fun Decorating!!
