  You could buy magnets and put up pictures of your friends, pets, things you like, etc. up on the inside of your door. Also they have these teeny white boards that you can buy so you can write stuff on them with markers and some even have a mirror inside! They have magnets on the back too so you can just stick them right on the inside of the door along with all your pictures! Here's an example, but it's a little big.
