-
My bfs black Polo Sweater said wash with warm water... so I did and now I'm seeing people say use only cold? I always use cold... But why did it say warm if it's black? Also this is my first time washing it and I didnt put it in the dryer.

Answer:
It should turn out okay, if the instructions said to use warm water. One problem with some of the cheap powder detergents is, they might not dissolve completely in very cold water, and could leave some residue on the dark sweater. If you can dry it flat (depending on what the care label said), it should turn out fine. If you go to wash it again sometime, you can use cold water.
