Are strings garbage collected?

Our outside garbage bin stinks like fish!!! Help needed to get rid of the stench?

  • My partner loves to fish and he threw the fish remains in our garbage bin a fortnight ago and the garbage got collected and the bin still stinks. I nearly vomit every time i take our rubbish out to the trash now. I can smell it as soon as i go near our driveway and the neighbours surely can smell it to! What can i get my partner do to remove this? What products should i buy for him to wash it out? Its horrible!

I would use bleach, but that's me, they say vinegar get rid of smells, put 70% vinegar and 30% water. Good Luck

i would use at least 1-2 cups of bleach, let the bleach alone sit in there with some HOT water for a couple hours (1hr at least), then rinse it out. then scrub it with either the bleach or some really good cleaning solution. also when its dry inside you could sprinkle some baking soda in the bottom.
