How to get rid of house ants?

How to get rid of house ants. Our kitchen is recently invaded by ants. any suggestions pleas?

  • we have 18 months crawling baby, are very worried. Ants are on work surfaces, floor and draws. First time we had ants in the house we been living for 5 years in the house. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

If you can keep them from coming in, and keep wiping them up inside for a few days, you'll win. Sometimes they can come in on electric wires or tree branches that touch the roof, etc.
