What did the Underground Railroad smell like?

People who smell horrible...how to tell them.?

  • Okay so usually this wouldnt be a problem because most people can just stay away from someone who smells gross. But...I have a full time office job. I sit next to this girl who smells like fish every single day. She never takes showers so sometimes she also smells like body odor. But the fish smell is the worse. And her breath smells like railroad tracks. She is a nice person though. But I cant take it anymore! Someone else in the office complained to my manager about the way she stinks and my manager talked to her about it. But she still doesnt get it. Does she even know that she smells like that? How can I tell her that she stinks? Would you want to know if you smelled like fish?

    Tell you the truth, she don't even know if she smell like that. cause she get used with that smell.

find her email address and write her an email anonymously and let her know exactly whats going on. Be polite but be open and honest. She will get the point

i would buy her some perfume as a present of something or give her a spa voucher.

Just say it and make them realize it is not an insult. It is the truth. She might have acid reflux, that stinks up the breath(brushing will not get rid of it). The fish smell on her skin might be a condition. Ask to be moved.

Well sometimes in life you meet a person like this nice but smells! Ask her this nicely, "Do you smell something?" or try this "Whens the last time you showered? Because im doing a poll online." If all eles fails say "Would you take a shower please?" I hope this helps! (please dont be too rough because this is my first time i posted)

the best thing to do is to tell her in private that you think she needs to sort out her body odour issues don't make too much of a fuss about it just tell her you want a quick word and then tell her after work or during a break on your own its not nice to tell someone that they smell bad but if you put it carefully and tactfully then she might take notice i would say something along the lines *name* i dont want to offend you but i have to tell you that your body odour is an issue and i wanted to tell you in private to avoid any embarrassment and leave it at that hope this helps
