How to get clear nailpolish off a carpet?
-
Yesterday i spilled top coat on my carpet. since its clear i figured i would not be able to notice it but it left a big hard part in my carpet (dark green carpet)! How do i get it out? Will nail polish remover work or should i use something else?

Answer:
so you don't discolor the carpet you can use ice cubes to freeze it and then scrap it off with your fingernail or with a not-sharp knife. Play with it a few times and eventually it will come up. If you used polish remover you'd take the color out of the carpet and you don't want to do that.

I'd try nail polish remover, but if that doesn't work, just try any old carpet cleaner.
