Lacking Energy: How can I get more physical energy?

I'm almsot 15, I'm pretty stressed more so than a typical teenager normally is and um, during the weekend, my head kills and my energy is lost, during the week (school days) my head is fine and my energy is decent up until 3pm (which sucks since that's my gym time) but what can I do to increase my energy? any natural pills that may help? any other little methods or remedeys to give me some extra energy to get things done besides unhealthy energy drinks? like any foods or like activity that could give me a little burst of energy to keep my day going without being so lazy?

Teen 1 a day multivitamin pills. Or Womens 1 a day multivitamin pills. They work great for energy. I'm 17, so it should as well work for you.
