Computer screen sometimes becomes blue and "pixel?

Whenever I stare at the computer screen it becomes bubbly. Why is this happening?

  • Okay so what I'm experiencing is something I haven't experienced before. This started happening two weeks ago, after I had a burning sensation in my head. After the burning went away, when I went to my computer I couldn't stare at it for long because it felt like eye strain and I started getting a headache. When the headache goes away I started getting a bubbly feeling when I stared at the screen. It feels like when you stare at those optical illusions for 30 seconds and when you look away it becomes all bubbly. I have no idea what this is and it's bothering with my daily life. For school and Work i have to use the computer quite a lot so with this I have to take breaks until it goes away.

  • Answer:

I know this could be medical related but I would think it has something to do with the monitor. Would you mind providing specs for your monitor? Type, age, maker, etc. EDIT: So it is fairly new, the laptop screen seems to check out to me. There's not to much I know in the medical fields but I believe I've had the same feeling you had before, for me though it was caused by a lack of water, when i started drinking more water, it stopped, it took a couple days though. Maybe you could try doing that? Sorry I cannot be more of a help to you.
