My future height prediction and how to get taller?

• Hi this is my first question so i wanted some predictions and tips how I can get taller my mom is short 4"9 and my dad is kinda tall 6"0-6"1 and my mom side of the family is average guys 5"10-5"11 women's 5"0-5"4 my mom is the only short person I don't kno why... My dad side of the family is pretty tall guys 6"0-or taller women's 5"0-5"7 and am 5"3 in 9th grade 14 and half and 155 pounds I gained 35 pounds last year and grow one inches oh I don't think I hit my growth spurt (if am gonna have one) cuz in 5th grade I was same height as my mom and slowly grow 5 inches in 2 year and grow 1 inche in 1 and half year ohh in some predictions say I will be 5"7 when I stop growing and I don't want be to to be 5"7 i want to be like my dad height or taller any tips how I can get taller and I only get 5 hours or less almost every night any advice thanks sorry it's long

  How to get taller? Don't eat crap and don't starve yourself. But most of the growing preparation your body will do has already been done when you were a little kid so to be honest the best thing you can do is be happy with who you are and how tall you are. You can get a height prediction from the height you were at age 2 - most people end up 2x the height they were at 2. btw if by " I only get 5 hours or less almost every night" you mean sleep you really need to get more (9 hours a night) otherwise your brain won't develop properly and you might get taller but you won't be smart.
