Answer:
you can use a special razor made for this to get the worst part of the callouses off- be careful because you dont want to shave off too much and make your skin tender. then, for upkeep, get the pumice stone - I found this works best after your shower or after you have soaked your feet for a good 15 - 20 minutes- after this, pat oyur feet dry- leave some moisture and use a body oil, olive oil or something of the like and coat your feet- using oils and coverig your feet with socks when you sleep will help retain the moisture. Also - soak your feet for 15- 20 minutes a few times a week - use warm water and a little bath oil or olive oil. Wearing socks with your shoes and not walking outdoors barefoot also helps to prevent the buildup of tough callouses. Avon makes a line of footworks products from a moisturizing soak to crack heel cream and an intense moisturizing lotion- aside from the above- I like to treat myself to these products every once in a while

If you can stand it, put olive oil, vaselene, any type of oil or lotion on very heavy, wrap feet in saran wrap, cover with a sock. Works best if you can sleep all night like that. If not, while watching tv or reading. The longer you keep it on the better. Walking can be slippery.

Hiya :) go to the chemist or The Body Shop and buy a foot file. They don't hurt and they exfoliate all the dead skin leaving your feet soft and smooth. After exfoliation, use a moisturiser. Sorbolene is excellent, and wear socks to bed after moisturising (even if you kick them off in the middle of the night, it'll help)

yo that is a bit gross, here the cure..buy a foot scrubber from Dr. Shoals, good foot creams are:"gold bond","Burt's bees",bag balm. all can be found in most drug/food stores. For best results use all items after hot bath/shower. Otherwise pay 40$ for a good pedicure and ask questions!!!

let me know b/c i get the same thing sometimes...it's so gross!
uh oh!
use lotion or a body wash that has exfoliant it it. it will clear away the dead skin. for example the body wash from bath and body works called skin renewal + body wash w/ natural exfoliators. it works great.

You need one of those pummice stones that almost sand the dead skin away. Wash your feet regularly in a sink with regular soap. Good luck.

Your best bet would be to get one of those stones that are made for rubbing dead skin off and use it in the bath. You can usually find them around beauty type stuff in the store. I think DML is like the best lotion, it is hard to find, but most places can order it. It is not greasy and absorbs real fast.

You need an exfoliating stone. Get one at any Drugstore.
