How can I wake up in the morning?

Every morning i set my alarm for 6:45, but I keep pressing snooze until it's like 8! My family gets really annoyed by this. But how can i wake up if i can't go to bed earlier than 10pm? I can't sleep at 9, i'm too restless. I don't know what to do because i need my sleep for school, and i need to wake up in the morning! suggestions?

same thing happens to me except i cant go to bed earlier then 11 cuz i get so much homework =/ try moving your alarm clock faaarrrrr away or ask one of your friends to call you to get you up orrrrr ask someone in your house to wake you up good luckk!
Set your clock 1 hour ahead. In the day time when you look at your clock you can usually remember that your clock is 1 hour fast. Most of the times when you're wake up out of your sleep by the alarm clock you'll forget that your clock is 1 hour fast. OR if you're supposed to be up at 6:45 set you're alarm to go off at 5:00 and then start your little snooze attack. Hopefully you'll be done by 6:45

I had this problem nothing worked till I got pregnant!! LOL just try to get up early for 2 days in a row your body will get into a routine and you won't even need t try anymore

whoa. i have like the same exact problem i go to bed at like 10, and set my alarm for around the same time. i usually dont end up getting up till like 730 , though instead of hitting the snooze i set several alarms. usually i just force myself up taking one step at a time. haha first step open eyes, then lay there for awhile turn the light on and some music and then eventually force myself up:)

put your alarm clock on the opposite side of the room from your bed so when it goes off in the morning, you have to get up to turn it off

i also have this problem but the only way i get up is if i get enough strength to go to the bathroom and wash my face with cold water...... then i drink a couple cups of coffee!! haha!!!

Well I would put the alarm clock the other side of the room so you have to get out. I can understand the not going to be bed early as I am like that too, buy I used my mobile as an alarm and put it the other side of the room. Yes it puts me in a bad mood, but I am pleased I get loads done.
