Why do I get nauseous so easily and how do I prevent it?

Why do i get cold sores? and how do i get rid of them, or prevent them??

• i get cold sores every winter and they hurt so bad. i dont know why i get them or how to make them go away or keep them from popping up. it makes me SO mad!! i do not have any STDs or anything, does anybody know???

  The reason you get cold sores varies, you could get them from sun exposure and stress. I get them alot when i stress myself, the best remedy is to apply ice and use over the counter lysine ointment, they found that your body is lacking lysine and thats why you get outbreaks also. I also get a cotton ball with some alcohol to make it dry faster. You don't get them beacause you might have an STD its a virus thats in your body, and you were exposed to it when you were young. Try and do some reaserch to find out more about them.
