How can i get rid of this blister on my toe?!?

I need to get rid of this blister! I have a big Roller Derby practice tomorrow and i can't skate with this blister! Do you guys know how to get rid of it fast?

Answer:
Get a piece of moleskin and put it over the blister. I used this a lot on extended backpacking trips where we were doing 20 miles a day up and down mountains.

Pop it with a sterilized needle, bathe it with antiseptic and then use a blister plaster. Will probably be sore, so try and pad it with something
