How to stop my watery, runny nose?

I have a runny nose all the time, how can I make it stop?

• I literally have a runny nose every day, all year round. Some days it is worse than others and it's always worse outside. I've been taking antihistimines and nasal spray for over a year and it still happens so I don't think it's allergies. Every time I tell the doctor she just tells me to use more nasal spray. It's really a pain because I always have a red/sore/dry nose and I get headaches all the time, I think from blowing my nose all the time. I go through 1-2 boxes of tissues every week. Any ideas what might be causing this and/or how I can make it stop running so much??
