What is really Vitamin E?

Can I put Vitamin E capsules into my facewash? If so, what kind of facewash?

• I bought vitamin E gel capsules & i heard you can put them into your face wash, true? if so, would you put them into an astringent face wash or into a moisturizing face wash? and how many capsules would you put in? my capsules are 400 vitamin I.U., Thank you!!! :)

  No. Astringent wash is a clarifying wash. It is taking off debris from skin surface. When using vitamin E or any other moisturizing liquid - you are adding the moisture that was washed away by a more acidic wash. Some astringents make faces red in t zones . But if you are not sensative to that product. Simply wash. Tone. Add moisture back. Also if you use an astringent I assume you feel your face is oily, if so a lite finger tip of vitamin e oil nightly after face cleaning routine should add balance back to skIn. You would put vitamin e into moisture wash. Depending if your face lacked moisture and shows visa or signs of dryness( peeling, itchy) and it was not an allergy, you should only need a very few caps of vitamin e. in fact I would start with adding only one caplet to your moisture wash if you must. I would prefer to say you moisture wash then moisturize thereafter. Sometimes steaming your skin( after a clarifying )wash is nice then take caps and empty them into palms and warm them by rubbing hands together moderately fast. While steamer is still lightly reaching your face place palms over entire face ( as if crying in hands) and press against your face and hold there for several seconds. Adding oil to a freshly cleaned but still dewy face helps push oils deeper and seal it in.
