Lymph node behind ear?

yesterday, my lode behing my right ear was bugging me so i touched it and it hurt to touch, I have no idea what's going on because i have never had that node swell before and I'm not sick or have any other symptoms as far as i can tell or have noticed at this point, should I be worried? What is going on?

Sounds like Mumps. Have you been on a plane in the last 6 weeks. Mumps are going around like crazy in iowa and illnois, and your nodes get big, thats the first symptom

Could be cystic acne behind ear. Treat like acne on face with the topical TX.
