What could stomach pains mean?

I have really bad stomach pains, what could they mean?

Recently I have experienced a miscarriage and when I did, I of course went through labor pains. However, everytime it gets to be that one week, I also have such bad cramps I can barely move my body. I have not been able to sleep this past night due to these pains starting about 6 1/2-7 hours ago. Problem is the pains are on my sides. It feels like labor pains...but also feels like cramping. Since the pain is on both of my sides, what could it mean? By the way, the miscarriage happened about two months ago, last month I was back to normal and I'm due for my week in about two days...

ur most probably having inflamation in ur lower abdomen,u need to consult ur doc who can prescribe antibiotic n anti inflamatory depending upon his assesment
