OK first, I'm assuming you know that you need to watch what you are eating. Eat a small bit 4-5 times daily and stay active. Get an exercise ball. It will come with a demo of good exercises and you can do crunches with-out injuring your back. Also you can use your child. Lay on your back and sit your baby on your lower ab and lift leaving back on floor and squeezing abs, gluts. also hold baby out in front of you while doing squats. Let baby be the weight. Also, lay the baby on his/her back and get over him doing push-ups and kissing the baby every time you go down. This allows you to workout and spend time with baby!

I would do a combo of sit ups, cruches, and tae-bo tapes. They really focus on keeping you abs tight the whole time.

I have had 4 kids, and fight constantly to get rid of the pudge in my tummy. Doing a well balanced workout will help. Don't just concentrate on your abs, work your legs arms and back, too. It will all come together, just remember to keep your abs tight when you are working out. I also do pilates, which concentrates on your core (abs), strengthing everything else from your abs. Push ups are seeming to help too. Most of what is left of mine is skin, and the only fix I can find for that is plastic surgery. SO good luck!

if uve got time for workout tapes, try Yoga Booty Ballet (check link), its not long (30 min) and its great!!!! it works wonders for your whole body, its really worth it. u can also do lunges, jumping-jacks, going up on your tippy toes and standing back down (calves), lay on your back and raise both legs slowly in the air and then lower them slowly down, repeat till it hurts, this is good for tummy, butt, leggs, and back. u could also get on of those little one person trampalenes, they're good for burning calories. good luck!
