I have marks from pimples i used to have.

Pimples or something else worse?

had sex 4 days ago, and I needed to take plan B the next morning because it was unprotected... Keeping that in mind I now have Some pretty big pimple looking marks on the inner part of my butt cheeks closest to my leg...There is like 6 big ones on one cheek and 2 on the other...they were sore but not so much anymore. They feel like deep pimples and are in the same vicinity as one another. I had shaved the night before, and I had used vaseline and polysporin on a fissure that I had gotten from the sex(anal)... Could these 'pimples' be from that, or are they pimples? They do not look like blisters or anything... Im freaking out!! :(
