What is wrong with my nose?

Can anyone tell me what wrong with my nose? Real answers please?

My nose has been hurting so last night i was digging for an answer(yes in my nose) lol and i found what looked like an ulcer on the like bone up in there. kinda like what would be a mouth ulcer but its really white and looks almost like a cut maybe. But i havent stuck anything up in my nose to cut it so I am freaking out about this. My nose does have blood in it occasionally but i have bad allergies also. It only hurts if i touch my nose or something. I tried to find something online but all i saw was like the cold sore herpes thing thats most common, or Lupus. Does anybody have any suggestions or know what would help it heal. The doctor isnt open today so thats the only reason I'm asking on here. Maybe any nurses on here can tell me.
