Whats a good way to heal Super Fast from a c-section?
-
anybody have any good ideas on how to heal super fast from a c-section?? I mean geez, it's been 3 weeks already how much longer?? Does having a tubal ligation after a c-section make the recovery time longer? I keep hearing my OB say "stay off your feet, and rest" well seeing as I have 4 kids now and a husband who works overnights, thats nearly impossible except for at night. I had 2 days to recover (while in the hospital) and when I got home I was up and around ever since. On August 23rd it will have been a month. I'm still having alot of pain and sitting down and resting is out of the question, is there something else to speed up the healing process??

Answer:
This is not the answer you want to hear, but resting is required after a c-section. Overexerting yourself in the first few weeks, as you have been doing, will set back your recovery time. It's too bad your husband couldn't take a few days off or that you didn't have any family or friends to help you, but it happens There just isn't a quick fix for this. Some women don't feel 'normal' until two or three months after a c-section, and given that you can't take it easy as recommended, that's probably as good as you can expect. You won't heal super fast unless you avoid heavy lifting and stretching and rest until you start to feel better. You can ask your doctor for help managing your pain, and keep an eye out for signs of infection so you can catch it early if you have problems.

Okay, a C-Section is a deep cut, and chlorine heals cuts fast, so First: Get a knife and re-make the initial cut. Second: Find some pure chlorine and dip some kind of stick-like tool, anything cylindrical, and dunk that into the chlorine. Third: Slowly push the tool inside the wound and rub chlorine directly around it. Fourth: Take out the tool and get a thick piece of duck tape(gorilla glue works as well but may be harder to use) and put it over the wound until it is air-tight. Smack down the tape with your hand to keep it in place(do it fairly hard, enough to feel a stinging pain) then let it sit for about an hour or two(DO NOT MOVE OR YOU WILL HAVE TO START OVER) Fifth: Peel the tape SLOWLY and the wound will be completely healed! This method will work on almost ANY deep cut, it can also be used to completely close an orifice completely if you have a strong fear of rape. HOPE I HELPED!
