Where can i order custome made shirts?

I would like to know where i can order shirs with my own designs i made in illustrator, photoshop etc. you know by uploading my own graphics. i want to order only one shirt for myself, so not for a group. i keep on bumping on a lot of online stores like cafepress.com but most of them i do not know if the quality is good, if anyone knows of a good online store for customizing shirts please let me know. one last thing is i do not want to pay too much for just one shirt.
