How to make a post-apocalyptic outfit?

Who wants me to make them an outfit?

    1) 14/9th/petite 2) Preppy school look or a date look 3) I like mostly anywhere, as long as it's cute. Like Abercrombie and Hollister alot. 4) Dark blue/Light pink/White/Green 5) Just something I can wear!
