What is a powder skirt?

From one girl to another who likes mini skirts/short dresses? and who has enbarrasing short skirt stories?

• I DONT WEAR MINI SKIRTS I JUST WANT EXPERIANCE AND STORIES FROM A MODEST GIRL TO ANOTHER. so please dont say your a slut or and idiote to wear short skirts or just dont wear skirts please..... Any ways i wondering if anyone would share their embarrasing skirt stories or any skirt shories for that reason. the embarrasing stories i have are i learned the hard truth i was riding a bike and wearing a mini skirt anyways i was getting dirty looks because i was flashing them and they knew it! so i was blushing a bit. ( learned to never wear a mini skirt while riding a bike.) another time a cop pulled me over and i got busted apparently for over exposure.... the cop said my skirt was way to short and he drove me in the back of his cop car to home my dad saw me and he was PISSED! of at me for dressing like a slut so that was embarrasing. things i hate about short skirts and short dresses is that i feel vunerable because i have air just flowing under my skirt and the breezing is blowing in my butt and croth area and the skirt can easily blow over in the wind ( it minorly happened to me once but know one saw thank god!) secondly just creeps looking up my skirt! i dont have to go into that! thirdly when ever i sit down my butt feels the surface which could be ANY surface. fourthly pedifiles at night and or day when i wear that i feel also feel vunerable all i have is a shirt and a flowy skirt that is not much to defend your self and also when you wear a mini skirt you have a good chance of being groped. ( not good) i have never went to airports, amusment parks in mini skirts but in my reserarch that is supposed to be miserable! For these reasons i never wear mini skirts and short dresses. now i would appreciate if you dont mind to share some embarrasing stories or any stories at all and reasons why you dont like to wear mini skirts like i just have that would be appreciated!   The one time me and my friend Alex were going to my other friends house (Kyle). And we went to her house and she put on this dress that was super short. She also pulled it up and folded it over so it was even shorter. Well, she was wearing a zebra stripe bra with royal blue lace! So we went to his house, and after a while he had to go in and eat. Well when we were walking back, we stopped at my friend Bri's house and I looked back at Alex and we made up a shorty word to mean "Pull up dress" (PUD for short) and I looked back and her dress had slipped all the way down past her boobs, so her zebra striped bra was completely hanging out... So literally fell off my bike laughing! I was rolling around the grass cracking up. And Alex was just like "what?!" And I finally after being able to breath yelled out "PUD!!" It was HILARIOUS!
