How to start an online boutique?

• How do you start it? Is there a company I need to go to copyright the name and products & where would I get my products surplus? And how would the online shopping/process be handled?   Choosing a name and registering your domain would be a good start... they usually get snatched up pretty quickly so when you find one you really like buy it.. second there are many different companies out there, have you checked you local government website? It is usually cheaper there, but you will need to register your business name and possibly choose a way of incorporation depending on how big/small your business... Umm you really don't need to copywright your products if you are purchasing them elsewhere.. that is really for someone who is creating an original product to sell..but can copywright your reading materials. Third, reason why you would need to register and possibly incorporate is because if you buy items like I intend to do wholesale, they usually ask for a tax ID or re-sale license..again depending on what you will be selling. last but not least there are many different shipping options you will just need to find which one is right for you..
