How can I make my heels comfier?

How come girls make it look like it is so easy to walk in a pair of stiletto heels pumps?

• I've seen girls and young ladies wear stiletto high heels shoes and pumps a lot around my area especially around in the summer time. They actually make it look like it is easy to walk in those sexy shoes and the shoe actually makes girls look adorable and cute in them. Most of the girls i see wear are around from 17 years old to 40 years old. So i have a couple of question for the girls and the young ladies, is it actually easy to walk in those shoes ?? Do you girls wear them everyday or you wear them only on ocassions ?? Does it hurt when you walk in them ? Do you take your heels when you're sitting or you leave them because they don't bother you while you sit ? Also, what is the heel height that you usually wear ? Have you ever worn very tall heels like 6 inches or 7 inches ? These questions are just out of curiosity and I adore women and girls who wear these shoes. My morning regime is 3 hours long, bathing, moisturizing my entire body, styling my long hair, applying elaborate makeup to my beautiful face, perfume to all my pulse points, selecting matching lingerie (thong brasserie, garter, hose) that will compliment today's outfit and matching accessories (stiletto heel sandals of at least 4 inches in height purse, scarf, coat, full jewelry-my hands and long nails are usually utterly DRENCHED in expensive diamond cocktail rings) To assist in maintaining my appearance,I have a standing appointment to have a pedicure, manicure, hair styling, facial and a long luxurious foot massage on tuesday and thursday mornings. On saturdays, I generally spend the entire afternoon at the spa, and have a full body massage, my body professionally moisturized and perfumed,my hair died, professional makeup application, in addition to my regular regime. Most men just cannot imagine the time and effort it takes to maintain ones beauty. I'm very vain about my appearance. Men that I date must realize my total commitment to wearing stilettos, and must realize the self imposed limitations to my mobility caused by my choice of footwear.Stairways, escalators uneven surfaces, cracks and gaps in the sidewalk, loose carpeting, and slick flooring all are potentially dangerous obstacles that a committed heel wearer must overcome at each and every turn throughout the day. If have gone out with a man for a while and he truly appreciates and understands FULLY the effort and commitment I go through to make my legs and feet look beautiful, I may choose to wear a even higher heel. When I wear heels of over five inches, I am totally dependent on my date to support me, because my feet are so extremely petite,delicate , and are bent into the enpointe position. my date must keep his arm around my slender waist at all times, so I can maintain my balance, and he must gently assist my every move! I am absolutely helpless, and my date must be attentive to my every need! I find it so romantic to be held by a man and dependent on him for my every move. I find that the heels bring us closer together as I must always be held by my date. Ever so slowly we walk together, my slim legs and hips swaying with each tiny step, never hurrying., allowing me to set a slow leisurely pace, I lean my diminutive body against his for support and protection, resting my dazzling made up face on his shoulder, stealing incredibly wet long soft kisses as we ever so slowly stroll together.
