Whats a good outfit to wear?

Me and my friend are going around town tomorrow and i want a cute outfit to wear (our town is small and all so we'll probably run into some guys from our highschool) im 14. any fashionable ideas. i have alot of clothes...so just say whatever, oh and theres also another issue: its gonna be like 35 degrees F. :( ideas are welcome!?

Lets see..... Wear a plain v-neck t-shirt probably white, some light wash skinny jeans a FAUX leather jacket and some white converse. And then since it will be cold wear a hoody under the jacket then maybe a scarf (color)
