Teen girls Halloween costumes?

Why are girls/teens Halloween costumes so revealing?

  • Today a friend and I went to this store called Halloween Express to see what we wanted to be for Halloween, the WHOLE back wall was dedicated to womans/teen's costumes. I promise you every single costume was revealing, and there must of been over 200 costumes on that wall. Even the most innocent theme was turned into something bad. We're both 18 and we both could pull something like that off, but it's just not our thing lol, but how did the real meaning of Halloween turn to "dress up like a whore day" lol? Why do girls want to prance around in those little costumes, how is that even appealing? I don't understand lol

i wouldn't want to wear something like that, but still, there are a lot of slutty girls out there, and also a lot of girls who want to take advantage of halloween to dress up like that for once.

Little girls want to dress up like whores for the same reason that big girls want to dress up like whores. They shouldn't be allowed to, but there are a lot of bad parents out there.

Now a days i can't seem to find a decent costume. Either the dress is really short or reveals too much. I really HATE it!

Thank the idiotic media for letting Halloween for 14+ year olds turn in "dress like a slut" day! Besides, the 14-22 year old guys like that. So, if I were you, just make a statement and don't do it. Just dress up like, I don't know, a student?

I totally understand, I used to think that it was supposed to be for fun, and just dress up and have fun, but now they're changing it. I see some teenage girls on Halloween, they want to show off the most they want for whoever's watching. In my opinion, I think that there are other ways to get guys! But that's their way. It's stupid and pointless. But you're right about it. Try shopping at another store like Walmart or something, they have appropriate costumes. Good luck.
