Why do I get nosebleeds?

I have been getting nosebleeds since I was 3 and I'm 13 now. I get it every year and I went to a doctor, but all they did was give me medicine but it never helped. They are not from allergies. Does anybody know why i get them? Thanks in advance.

I have the same problems until I got this medicine my mom works at a hospital and she says its because my nose is dry

get a humidifier or check the one you have...the dry heat can be murder, not just for nosebleeds but allergies too-before my parents got a humidifier my throat almost closed if i stayed in the house too long

do you only get them in winter? i do and it's from dry heat in the house.. and sometimes i get them when it's too hot i'm not a doctor, see a doctor if it keeps bleeding.

My mother in law used to get them all the time until she had blood vessels cauterized go see a specialists.
