Arms, face, and chest get super hot while hands and feet get super cold? what's wrong?
-
This happens to me a lot and it feels uncomfortable sometimes. My hands and feet are really chilly but my arms, face and chest are so hot they hurt from the heat. When i put cold on my arms or face when they are hot, they hurt more. when I put hot water on my hands, they get really tingly but still feel cold. Sometimes this happens when I'm around people and i have to leave because it is so uncomfortable and it makes me feel a little anxious.

Answer:
It sounds to me like it is either nerves or early signs of diabetes. Have you gone to the doctor? Has your doctor suggested/said anything about it? The loss of sensation you seem to be feeling in the hands and feet is usually a sign of diabetes. You should really get tested or try diabetic footwear/socks. Sorry if this is of no help.
