Anything could be wrong with you, so put yourself together and bear in mind that you would be going to see the doctor in less than 24 hours. Your problem could be psychological (pretty frequent in teens), endocrine (thyroid??), or due to an auto-immune disorder. Freaking out is not the best treatment for you now. Keep cool and go see your doc tomorrow.

You can help your doctor doing the detective work to come up with an accurate diagnosis by organizing the information about your symptoms. Here are some questions that should help you do that. What is the symptom(s)? When did it start? How long does it last? How often do you have each symptom? To what degree does this symptom prevent you from doing your activities of daily living? What makes it feel better? What makes it feel worse? Have you noticed any triggers? (Like just after you eat, when you are over tired, after you hvae been in the sun, after you have exercised, etc.) The diagnostic process is one of elimination. The doctor will test for the most common cause of your symptoms. If that is not the problem, they will move onto the next possibilty. It may take a little time. It is better to know than not know. You have what you have, whether you know it or not. Once you know, you can take steps to manage your condition. Best wishes.
