Stomach noises, extreme Diarrhea vomiting?

Stomach Noises and Bad Diarrhea?

• Okay so about a week now i've been having on and off diarrhea. Today at home i took a regular number two and after about 2 hours i had to go again. Prior to going to the bathroom the second time my stomach or abdominal area was making noises. Sort of like bubbles or gases just moving around in there. I'm not bloated and there is no pain. The stool itself did not have any blood or anything and i dont have a fever. It was just extremely watery. Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks In Advance if you can help!!!

  if you only experienced this for this week in your entire life, then this could be something you ate that triggered that, or you got a stomach bug. If it happens out of the blue, its because what you ate, your body recognized it as a TOXIN and is trying to get it out of the intestines so diarrhea occurs. (diarrhea because it won't be stored/absorbed). Try to see if you can figure out what you ate and can eliminate that. While for right now you can stop eating stomach irritants like (coffee, dairy products, spicy, too much sugary food, peppers, chilli, tomato, chocolate) until you see a little change and the diarrhea seems to be stopping. Take pepto bismol, as it works to stop diarrhea/gas while its easy on the stomach and no side effects occure (in most people). The gas that you are experiencing is the bacteria digesting what you ate, the bad bacteria give you gas when they outnumber the good bacteria. Give it some time and you'll be fine in a week!
